📋 Description

• Lead and scale the HR function across Europe and APAC.
• Manage and coach the HR Officer in Malaysia.
• Partner with global HR to align policies, programs, and systems.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance across regions.
• Foster culture and cross-region collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years HR experience within Europe and Asia; multinational corp preferred.
• BA/BS in HR Management or related field.
• Proficiency with HRIS and HR systems; data-driven reporting.
• MS Office / Google Suite and data analysis experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
