📋 Description

  • Support HRBP with end-to-end talent management tasks and projects
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents: separations, compensation letters, templates
  • Provide first-line guidance to employees to improve morale and retention
  • Optimize HRBP workflows and advise on AI-enabled efficiencies
  • Support change management for new HR initiatives, tools and processes
  • Additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years HR experience, preferably with employee-facing roles
  • Strong HR reporting; Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); PowerPoint
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
