🎯 Requirements
- Strong HR Generalist background across recruiting, ER, performance, and engagement
- Experience in a People Ops/HR role supporting a site with autonomy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with ownership
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills; navigate sensitive situations
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Collaborative mindset; partner across teams; knowledge of Australian employment law
