🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance (OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, WC).
  • Proven experience handling employee relations and investigations.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments; strong written and verbal skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Preferred: hourly manufacturing experience; startup/high-growth; Paylocity/HRIS; bilingual.
