π― Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance (OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, WC).
- Proven experience handling employee relations and investigations.
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments; strong written and verbal skills.
- Discretion and professionalism; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Preferred: hourly manufacturing experience; startup/high-growth; Paylocity/HRIS; bilingual.
