  • Lead the HRIS team delivering and optimizing Workday, ServiceNow, and Greenhouse.

  • Oversee release management and change delivery for Workday and connected platforms.
  • Ensure integration with Technology, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Oversee data governance, privacy, and security across HR systems.

  • 8โ€“10 years of experience in HR Technology or HRIS roles, including deep Workday expertise.
  • Proven ability to lead HR systems transformation or automation in global environments.
  • People leadership experience, including developing teams and setting priorities.
  • High integrity and discretion with sensitive employee and firm information.
  • Strong understanding of global HR processes, compliance and data governance.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
