- 8โ10 years of experience in HR Technology or HRIS roles, including deep Workday expertise.
- Proven ability to lead HR systems transformation or automation in global environments.
- People leadership experience, including developing teams and setting priorities.
- High integrity and discretion with sensitive employee and firm information.
- Strong understanding of global HR processes, compliance and data governance.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
