HR Generalist (R&D)

📋 Description

• Support leaders in global People Operations programs.
• Onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance mgmt, initiatives.
• HR systems superuser; steward of data; generate/analyze reports.
• Automate and improve HR processes to enhance the employee experience.
• Coach leaders on employee relations and proactive risk mitigation.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives in HR workflows.
• Support conflict resolution and exit interviews as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in HR Operations, People Ops, or HR Program Mgmt.
• AI/HRIS/automation experience (Workday, ServiceNow, Chatbots, HR analytics).
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting global organizations preferred.
• High attention to detail with data governance.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
