- Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate cross-functional actions across IT, Security, Facilities, Finance.
- Ensure new hires are set up across systems prior to Day 1.
- Track onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle tasks in Jira/trackers.
- Identify and resolve process breakdowns to speed up processes.
- Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and issues.
π― Requirements
- 3β5+ years in HR or People Operations.
- Strong ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., ADP) and trackers (Jira, Excel).
- Familiarity with Lattice, Lever, Jira, and Confluence.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, defense, or high-growth startups.
