Organize APAC Flexport Academy and Tech Academy sessions; plan dates and venues.
Manage the Navigator Program: policy updates, engagement, daily ops.
Facilitate HR training sessions; observe and provide feedback on facilitators.
Implement APAC L&D policies; monitor progress and ensure alignment.
Update and improve training content and delivery methods.
Assist with other HR tasks assigned by the People Team.
