• HR Shared Services team supporting employees and managers globally.
• Deliver operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle.
• Ensure a compliant, high-quality employee experience across regions.
• Manage EMEA onboarding, lifecycle changes, payroll, and compliance.
• Handle resignation/termination processes and final settlements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in global org.
• Hands-on EMEA onboarding and lifecycle transactions.
• Knowledge of EMEA labor laws and employment regulations.
• Experience with multi-country payroll vendors.
• Strong GDPR/data privacy understanding; cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Hands-on HRIS experience; problem-solving and independent judgment.
