- Own onboarding and offboarding for all Rebots.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and People Ops.
- Coordinate performance reviews, engagement initiatives, and feedback.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 4β7 years HR/People Ops experience, startup/tech preferred.
- Strong HR operations, lifecycle management, and US/Canada law.
- Onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance mgmt.
- Familiarity with EOR platforms and international staff.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, ATS (e.g., BambooHR, Ashby, Pulley).
- Excellent organizational and project management; multi-priority.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; multi-priority capable.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication.
- Empathetic, people-first support for employees and managers.
- Resourceful and proactive; improve processes as you go.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, fully remote environment with ownership.
- Bonus: experience supporting remote workforce or SaaS/eCommerce.
