📋 Description

  • Prioritize, triage, and resolve Tier 1-2 employee tickets via Workday Help
  • Coordinate with IT, Workplace, Payroll, and People to resolve issues
  • Process HRIS transactions in Workday (hires, terminations, data changes)
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles for people topics
  • Support onboarding, including I-9 verification, and occasionally orientation
