HR Generalist

📋 Description

• Counsel a small client group (150-200 employees)
• Partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify needs and implement improvements
• Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes
• Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries and concerns
• Manage internal transfers, promotions, exits, and retention trends
• Guide on performance management and core HR functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ months as SpaceX HR Coordinator or 1+ year HR experience
• Experience in engineering/production/manufacturing environment supporting exempt and hourly workforce
• Demonstrated success building strong relationships
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
