- Familiarity with HRIS platforms; Paylocity is a strong plus.
- Experience with event planning or travel coordination; Navan familiarity a bonus.
- Proven ability to leverage data analysis and trends to make actionable recommendations.
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while knowing when to loop in a partner or escalate.
- Discretion and maturity when handling confidential employee information.
