  • +3 years experience as HR Generalist across multiple locations.
  • Experience handling first-line employee relations and escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of modern People practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder trust-building skills.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity; detail-oriented.
  • Ability to build relationships in-person and remotely.
  • Experience with multi-module HRIS, preferably Workday.
