- +3 years experience as HR Generalist across multiple locations.
- Experience handling first-line employee relations and escalations.
- Strong knowledge of modern People practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder trust-building skills.
- Comfortable with change and ambiguity; detail-oriented.
- Ability to build relationships in-person and remotely.
- Experience with multi-module HRIS, preferably Workday.
