📋 Description

  • Based in Calgary with hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote).

🎯 Requirements

  • ~5 years HR experience, preferably multi-site/regional workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication; confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, and related systems.
