🎯 Requirements
- ~5 years HR experience, preferably multi-site/regional workforce.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication; confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS, and related systems.
