Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles with timely disbursement.
Verify and reconcile payroll data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Administer leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and other leaves.
Guide employees through the leave application process with proper documentation.
Assist with performance evaluation and training.

🎯 Requirements

Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, and/or operations.
Experience with HRIS systems.
