- Guide employees through the leave application process with proper documentation.
- Assist with performance evaluation and training.
π― Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, and/or operations.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
