🎯 Requirements

- Tech or high-growth experience is a plus.
- Experience across recruiting, operations, and employee experience.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Comfortable working onsite 4 days per week in São Paulo.
