π― Requirements
- 3+ years in a HR Generalist role.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; Excel for data.
- Proven skill within HRIS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with confidential information.
- Exceptional typing skills for high-volume docs and notes.
- Methodical self-starter who can handle fast-paced projects.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- CHRP or CHRL designation preferred.
- Experience working autonomously and owning projects.
