🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a HR Generalist role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; Excel for data.
  • Proven skill within HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with confidential information.
  • Exceptional typing skills for high-volume docs and notes.
  • Methodical self-starter who can handle fast-paced projects.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • CHRP or CHRL designation preferred.
  • Experience working autonomously and owning projects.
