🎯 Requirements

- 2-4 years in HR Ops, Shared Services or People Admin.
- Experience with restructuring and cross-border HR projects.
- Deep knowledge of Polish employment law; GDPR essential.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in digital HR tools and AI-driven HR technologies.
- Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory.
