🎯 Requirements

  • Experience with restructuring and cross-border HR projects.
  • Deep knowledge of Polish employment law; GDPR essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in digital HR tools and AI-driven HR technologies.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory.
