- Own day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, data changes, and compliance.
- Own HRIS and people systems data accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Lead or support transitions between PEOs/HRIS, incl. planning and change management.
- Manage benefits administration: enrollments, questions, vendor relations, renewals.
- Partner with payroll providers and Finance; support payroll processes and audits.
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state/local rules; support audits and policy updates; drive AI/self-service improvements.

- 5โ8+ years progressive HR experience across HR ops and the employee lifecycle.
- Startup/lean environment with high autonomy.
- Hands-on HRIS, benefits administration, and HR operations; PEO transitions preferred.
- Payroll processes knowledge; comfortable partnering with payroll providers.
- Strong HR compliance and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal skills; builds trust and credibility across teams.
- Independent, organized, calm, and effective at day-to-day operations.
- Strong judgment, prioritization, and adaptability.
- Clear, confident communicator with a practical, solutions mindset.
