  • Own day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, data changes, and compliance.

  • 5โ€“8+ years progressive HR experience across HR ops and the employee lifecycle.
  • Startup/lean environment with high autonomy.
  • Hands-on HRIS, benefits administration, and HR operations; PEO transitions preferred.
  • Payroll processes knowledge; comfortable partnering with payroll providers.
  • Strong HR compliance and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; builds trust and credibility across teams.
  • Independent, organized, calm, and effective at day-to-day operations.
  • Strong judgment, prioritization, and adaptability.
  • Clear, confident communicator with a practical, solutions mindset.
