🎯 Requirements
- 1-2 years’ HR experience, managing the employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations with willingness to learn global regs.
- Understanding local labor and Singapore immigration processes (COMPASS, ONE Pass, EP).
- Ability to apply sound judgement and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work; strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms; self-starter with accountability.
