📋 Description

  • Provides day-to-day operational HR support to managers and employees.
  • Manages onboarding for APJ, Middle East, and EMEA regions.
  • Oversees compliance requirements and semi-annual compliance training globally.
  • Manages employee onboarding and offboarding activities with other HR Generalists.
  • Leads regional culture initiatives for the region with Global Culture Committee.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ HR experience, managing the employee lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations with willingness to learn global regs.
  • Understanding local labor and Singapore immigration processes (COMPASS, ONE Pass, EP).
  • Ability to apply sound judgement and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work; strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms; self-starter with accountability.
