- Ensure compliance and HR ops in the assigned country per laws and RACI.
- Manage leave and admin tasks for EORs (applications, letters, enrollments).
- Audit and update HR knowledge with stakeholders.
- Provide HR support to EORs and clients via all channels.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for EORs.
- Collaborate on HR projects for mass onboarding/offboarding initiatives.
- Ensure quality of HR operations in the assigned countries.
- Be the SME for the country's operational knowledge.
π― Requirements
- 3-5 years as HR Specialist handling full lifecycle.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and customer orientation.
- Located in EMEA; UK/Ireland labor law knowledge required.
- CIPD HR certification required.
- International HR experience in EMEA and beyond a plus.
- Experience in startup environments valued.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve HR issues.
- Data-driven mindset; improve response times and employee experience.
- Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Slack or similar tools.
