- Ensure HR operations and compliance for the assigned country per laws and regulations.
- Manage leave and admin tasks for EORs (applications, letters, enrollments).
- Audit and update HR knowledge with stakeholders.
- Provide support to EORs and clients for HR questions via all channels.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding for EORs and mass onboarding projects.
- Be SME for country HR operations and knowledge.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3-5 years of HR specialist experience across full lifecycle.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Based in the EMEA region; knowledge of UK labour regulations required.
- CIPD Level 3 HR certification.
- Excellent communication and customer orientation.
- International HR experience in the EMEA region; startup experience valued.
- Strong analytical skills; data-driven.
- Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Slack or other tools a plus.
