HR Experience Specialist | Poland

📋 Description

• Ensuring and maintaining compliance and HR operations in assigned country per laws and rules.
• Managing leave requests and admin tasks for EORs (applications, HR letters, enrollments).
• Auditing, updating internal and external HR knowledge in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Providing HR support to EORs and clients via all channels.
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for EORs.
• Collaborating on HR project management for mass onboarding/offboarding initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, managing full lifecycle.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Located in the EMEA region with knowledge of Poland labor law.
• HR qualifications or certifications are a valuable asset.
• International HR experience in the EMEA region and beyond.
• Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Slack or other tools.
