- Ensure compliance and HR operations in assigned country per laws, regs, and RACI.
- Manage leave requests and admin tasks for EORs (applications, letters, enrollments).
- Audit and update internal and external HR knowledge with stakeholders.
- Support EORs and clients for HR questions via all channels.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for EORs.
- Collaborate on HR projects for mass onboarding/offboarding.
π― Requirements
- 3-5 years as HR specialist, full lifecycle (onboarding-termination) in fast-paced env.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
- Strong communication and customer orientation.
- Knowledge of LATAM labor laws and regulations.
- LATAM international HR Ops experience; Mexico/Colombia/Argentina a plus.
- Located in LATAM region.
- Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Slack or similar tools.
