- Ensure compliance and HR operations in the assigned country per laws and RACI.
- Manage leave requests and admin tasks for EORs (applications, HR letters, enrollments).
- Audit and maintain HR knowledge with stakeholders.
- Provide HR support to EORs and clients via all channels.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for EORs.
- Collaborate on HR projects for mass onboarding/offboarding.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3-5 years as HR Specialist managing full lifecycle in fast-paced env.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and customer focus.
- Located in the EMEA region with knowledge of Israel labor law.
- HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
- International HR experience in EMEA or beyond is a plus.
