Ensure compliance and HR operations in the assigned country per laws and RACI.
Manage leave requests and admin tasks for EORs (applications, HR letters, enrollments).
Audit and maintain HR knowledge with stakeholders.
Provide HR support to EORs and clients via all channels.
Manage onboarding and offboarding for EORs.
Collaborate on HR projects for mass onboarding/offboarding.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years as HR Specialist managing full lifecycle in fast-paced env.
Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and customer focus.
Located in the EMEA region with knowledge of Israel labor law.
HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
International HR experience in EMEA or beyond is a plus.
