Ensure compliance and HR operations for the assigned country per laws and rules.
Manage leave requests and admin tasks for EORs (applications, letters, enrollments).
Audit and maintain HR knowledge with stakeholders.
Support EORs and clients for HR questions via all channels.
Manage onboarding/offboarding for EORs.
Collaborate on HR projects for mass onboarding and offboarding.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years as HR Specialist or similar in a fast paced env.
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
Based in the EMEA region and knowledge of German labor law is a must.
HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
International HR experience in the EMEA region and beyond is a bonus.
Start up experience highly valued.
