- Ensure compliance and HR operations for the assigned country per laws and rules.
- Manage leave requests and admin tasks for EORs (applications, letters, enrollments).
- Audit and maintain HR knowledge with stakeholders.
- Support EORs and clients for HR questions via all channels.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding for EORs.
- Collaborate on HR projects for mass onboarding and offboarding.
π― Requirements
- 3-5 years as HR Specialist or similar in a fast paced env.
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
- Based in the EMEA region and knowledge of German labor law is a must.
- HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
- International HR experience in the EMEA region and beyond is a bonus.
- Start up experience highly valued.
