πŸ“‹ Description

  • Ensure compliance and HR operations for the assigned country per laws and rules.
  • Manage leave requests and admin tasks for EORs (applications, letters, enrollments).
  • Audit and maintain HR knowledge with stakeholders.
  • Support EORs and clients for HR questions via all channels.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding for EORs.
  • Collaborate on HR projects for mass onboarding and offboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years as HR Specialist or similar in a fast paced env.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
  • Based in the EMEA region and knowledge of German labor law is a must.
  • HR qualifications or certifications are a plus.
  • International HR experience in the EMEA region and beyond is a bonus.
  • Start up experience highly valued.
