Build a positive, inclusive culture with accountability across facilities.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required.
Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
Significant multi-site HR leadership experience in warehouse/distribution.
Experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Ability to travel to multiple U.S. facilities as needed.
Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
