Deliver a world-class candidate experience from initial scheduling through start date.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidate/interviewer schedules.
Handle candidate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground coordination.
Serve as the onsite host, overseeing day-of logistics and candidate orientation.
Welcome and provide onsite tours to candidates.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling, needs, and follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role.
2+ years with ATS (Greenhouse/Lever) and scheduling tools (ModernLoop, GoodTime).
Experience supporting onboarding, HR ops, or employee lifecycle processes.
This role requires a 5-day-a-week, on-site presence.
