- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, HRIS, ATS, and shared tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational/time management; multitask in fast-paced env.
- Preferred: 1 year HR/recruitment experience; knowledge of employment laws.
