- Degree in HR or 2+ years' experience in a comparable HR role
- Experience handling highly confidential matters
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team delivering service excellence
- High sensitivity in dealing with employees
- Strong organizational skills and prioritization
- Experience with HR systems
