1+ years of Workday maintenance/configuration (domestic and international)
Passion for system optimization and employee experience
Strong business thinker using first principles to solve problems
Data-driven with ability to analyze data and translate into configuration
Self-motivated, rapid learner; improve analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record mentoring and growing teams
