  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, with UK employment law expertise.
  • Senior HR generalist with deep expertise in employee relations and benefits.
  • Proven HRBP in tech or professional services.
  • Experience managing complex ER cases and legal/compliance issues.
  • Experience with contractor engagements, TUPE, IR35, and restructures.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and influencing skills.
