  • Serve as primary HR partner to Technology leaders (engineering, IT, product).
  • Partner on org design, workforce planning, and headcount strategy as the business scales.
  • Proactively diagnose people challenges with data-driven insights.
  • Advocate for Technology team needs across policy and cross-functional work.
  • Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and team dynamics.
  • Lead compensation conversations with market data and band positioning.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • 5 to 7+ years HR experience, with direct HRBP background.
  • Direct experience supporting engineering and other technical client groups.
  • Experience navigating org design, leveling, and scaling during growth.
  • Fluency in technology compensation with ability to form independent POV.
  • Preference: experience with global tech teams in regulated financial services.
