π― Requirements
- 3+ years HRBP experience with managers in a fast-paced company
- Deep understanding of Dutch and European labour legislation
- Strong trust and advisory presence across organization levels
- Ability to challenge status quo with managers to define new solutions
- Ability to discuss people challenges and implications driving local initiatives
- Hands-on, collaborative, and able to automate or simplify processes
