- Degree in personnel management or similar; 3+ years HRBP in Germany.
- Several years as commercial HR business partner.
- Experience advising leaders on HR issues.
- German labour law knowledge; works council experience preferred.
- Fluent German and English; other languages helpful.
- Proficient digital skills: MS Teams, Office 365, Workday.
