  • Lead headcount planning; pay review; rewards & recognition.
  • Promote DE&I and digital, smart working, wellbeing.

  • Degree in personnel management or similar; 3+ years HRBP in Germany.
  • Several years as commercial HR business partner.
  • Experience advising leaders on HR issues.
  • German labour law knowledge; works council experience preferred.
  • Fluent German and English; other languages helpful.
  • Proficient digital skills: MS Teams, Office 365, Workday.
