- 4-6 years HRBP in high-growth tech, 7+ years HR overall.
- Proven track record designing and implementing impactful programs.
- Strong relationships and ability to influence at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws in daily operations.
- Analytical, strategic, and able to operate in ambiguity.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
