- Strong coaching skills and ability to influence leaders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and employment laws.
- Experience managing employee relations cases from intake to recommendation.
- Comfortable with compensation data, leveling frameworks, and headcount planning.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
