  • Act as primary HR partner and point of contact for assigned business units.
  • Support managers in leadership development and applying performance practices.

  • Ensure compensation decisions and promotions align with leveling and salary bands.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of HRBP, HR Generalist, or People Operations experience in fast-paced SaaS.
  • Strong coaching skills and ability to influence leaders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and employment laws.
  • Experience managing employee relations cases from intake to recommendation.
  • Comfortable with compensation data, leveling frameworks, and headcount planning.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
