- Act as liaison between client's hiring managers, procurement/finance, and HR/ops.
- Own full employee lifecycle: hiring coordination, onboarding, access provisioning, issue resolution.
- Partner with India Head of HR on communications, policy updates, pulse checks, retention.
- Coordinate reports on headcount, hiring status, onboarding SLAs, and team engagement.
- Proactively resolve operational issues affecting employees or client teams.
- Align hiring plans and onboarding schedules with client expectations; contribute to scalable delivery.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in HR operations, people programs, or talent delivery (BPO/IT services/consulting).
- Experience at a large global firm or GCC.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients in staff augmentation or GCC model.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including onboarding, policy enforcement, and employee engagement.
- Experience coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and scale: oversee 200+ employees.
