🎯 Requirements

- Direct EPDD/R&D support experience (engineers and PMs)
- Advisory instincts; data-driven decisions
- Leave management & immigration case experience
- AI fluency; built or improved AI workflows
- Strong Canadian & US employment law knowledge; HRIS exp; Toronto-based in-office Tue/Wed
