HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

📋 Description

• Respond to employee inquiries and guidance on employee relations and performance
• Partner with employees, managers, and leaders on workforce analytics and organizational optimization
• Collaborate with HR functions to tailor programs for client groups and SpaceX-wide programs
• Counsel employees and managers guided by policies and relevant laws
• Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, exit interviews, and identify retention trends
• Work with managers to implement HR recommendations and change efforts
• Assist with creation, documentation, and implementation of HR policies and processes
• Uphold standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
• Maintain employee files and process HR transactions in Workday

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of HR experience
• Experience in engineering/production/manufacturing env supporting exempt/hourly workforce
• Demonstrated success building effective relationships
• Ability to lead with a positive attitude and approach challenges head-on
• Experience independently handling employee relations issues
