🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Management, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Partner
- Resilient, critical thinker; adapt to changing environment
- Balance strategic HRBP with detailed headcount tracking and planning
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Bonus: startup/tech experience and global matrix environment
