📋 Description

  • Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions

  • Lead extensive change management, including PMI acquisitions integration

  • Review retention and employee experience metrics; recommend actions
  • Collaborate on headcount planning, reporting, and compensation actions

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Partner
  • Resilient, critical thinker; adapt to changing environment
  • Balance strategic HRBP with detailed headcount tracking and planning
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Bonus: startup/tech experience and global matrix environment
