🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years HRBP in product/engineering within tech/fin services.
  • Broad HR experience: employment law, compensation, planning, recruitment, org development, engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working across time zones and cultures.
  • Growth mindset, flexibility, integrity; able to motivate and coach across levels.
