📋 Description

  • Serve as trusted advisor on workforce planning, org design, and employee relations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Finance; Master’s or HR certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in compensation or total rewards.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel and HRIS; experience with compensation modeling and benchmarking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence across levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
