  • GTM Expertise: 8+ years HR experience in high-growth Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Change Leadership: Proven experience managing re-orgs, incentive plan changes, and new market entries.
  • Analytical Precision: Ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to influence stakeholders across levels; proactive problem solving.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
