- Change Leadership: Proven experience managing re-orgs, incentive plan changes, and new market entries.
- Analytical Precision: Ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Business Acumen: Ability to influence stakeholders across levels; proactive problem solving.
- Global Mindset: Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
