- 2+ years in HRBP role; 5+ years in HR; fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, leadership development.
- Experience implementing talent strategies to attract, retain and develop talent.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; organized and independently driven.
- Analytically driven; uses qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent influencing skills; proactive; ethics-based decisions; global HR familiarity.
