  • Understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, leadership development.
  • Experience implementing talent strategies to attract, retain and develop talent.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; organized and independently driven.
  • Analytically driven; uses qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent influencing skills; proactive; ethics-based decisions; global HR familiarity.
