- Drive data-informed insights by analyzing trends for leadership
- Build HR policies for compliance and risk across global teams
- Strengthen cross-functional partnerships across People COEs
π― Requirements
- 8+ years in Talent Management, Org Effectiveness, Recruiting Leadership, or HR
- Proven track record navigating complex stakeholder situations with sound judgment
- Experience using people data to build recommendations and influence decisions
- Design and execute end-to-end people programs with measurable outcomes
- High integrity and discretion with confidential information
- Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight
