π― Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience in fast-paced SaaS/tech matrix environments
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Proven success building relationships with leadership at all levels (sales/GTM)
- Strong knowledge of Dutch employment laws and requirements
- Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity and limited resources
- Highly organized with the ability to manage complex problems and priorities
