🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR experience in fast-paced SaaS/tech matrix environments
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Proven success building relationships with leadership at all levels (sales/GTM)
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch employment laws and requirements
  • Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity and limited resources
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex problems and priorities
