📋 Description

  • Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on talent, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure leadership pipeline strength.
  • Lead performance management processes, goal setting, and capability development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6 years in HR, with 2–3+ years in HRBP or similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in interpreting HR analytics and translating insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
