📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, development, and change leadership.

• Lead cross-country HR initiatives with People Partners and People team.
• Drive engagement and productivity with local and distributed leadership.
• Manage complex multi-jurisdiction employee relations with sound judgment and project management.
• Identify and address people and organizational challenges with proactive insight.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience partnering with local leadership.
• Expertise in employment laws and compliance across multiple countries.
• Experience managing complex employee relations across jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data trends into strategy.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive change in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent judgment, empathy, discretion, and clear communication.
